Frequently asked questions

Everything pilgrims most often ask us about Umrah, Ramadan and Hajj packages from Mumbai.

What is the cost of Umrah packages from Mumbai in 2026?

Our Umrah packages start from ₹85,000 per person on quint sharing. The final cost depends on your travel dates, the hotel tier, how many share a room and the airline. Ramadan and Diwali departures cost more because hotel rates near the Haram rise sharply during those periods.

What is the cost of Hajj 2026 packages?

Deluxe Hajj packages start from ₹6,00,000 per person on quad sharing with Zone 4 (Old Mina) D-Service. Premium packages with VIP Kidana Towers or Zone 4 start from ₹7,10,000. All Hajj prices include 5% GST; TCS is additional.

Do you offer Ramadan Umrah packages with Eid in Madinah?

Yes. We run full month, last 16, 20 and 22 day packages and a first-half package, most of which include Eid in Madinah. Suhoor and iftar are served buffet style and cooked by experienced Indian chefs, with a group leader alongside you throughout. Some Ramadan packages include return air tickets and some do not; each package states which.

How is the price per person calculated?

By how many people share a room. Quint means five sharing, quad four, triple three and double two. Fewer people in a room costs more per person, because the room rate is divided among fewer travellers.

Is the distance to the Haram accurate?

Yes. The figures shown are walking distances for each hotel, given in metres. “Next to Haram” means the property adjoins the Haram directly. If a hotel is substituted for any reason, we tell you before departure and the replacement is of the same standard or better.

Can I travel on my own dates instead of a group departure?

Yes, and this is our speciality. Tell us your dates, how many are travelling and your budget, and we will build a customized Umrah package around it.

What is the Hajj booking and payment schedule?

50% advance is required immediately to confirm the booking, with the balance on or before 05 January 2026 through banking channels only. Hajj bookings are 100% non-refundable and no refund is given for unused services.

What is the difference between Zone 4 and Kidana Towers in Mina?

Zone 4 (Old Mina) sits near Kubri Abdul Aziz and is our Service B category. Kidana Towers is the VIP Service A category. Both include seat-by-seat bus service across the five days of Hajj. The Mina category is the main difference in price between our Premium tiers.

What documents are required for Umrah from India?

A passport valid for at least 6 months with 2 blank pages, four passport photographs on a white background, an Aadhaar copy, and the booking receipt issued by us. We will tell you if anything further is needed for your particular departure.

How early should I book?

Two to four months ahead for a normal Umrah departure, and considerably earlier for Ramadan and Hajj. Booking early gives you better hotel choices and lower airfares, and the closest hotels are always the first to go.

Do you arrange packages for elderly pilgrims and wheelchair users?

Yes. Tell us at the enquiry stage so that we can place you in a hotel close enough to walk to the Haram and arrange support at the airport and in both cities.

Are GST and TCS included in the price?

Umrah and Ramadan prices exclude GST and TCS, which are charged additionally as required under Indian tax rules. Hajj prices include 5% GST but exclude TCS. We confirm the exact final figure before you pay anything.
