Documents required for Umrah and Hajj

Keep these ready before you book so that your visa is not delayed. If anything is missing, our staff will tell you how to arrange it.

Original passportValid for at least 6 months from your travel date, with 2 blank pages.
4 photographs35 × 45 mm, white background, face covering about 80 per cent of the frame.
Aadhaar card copyFront and back, for address verification.
Booking receiptIssued by us at the time of booking.

Bring your documents to the office

We do not ask pilgrims to email or upload passport copies. Bring your documents to our Nerul office, or call us and our staff will guide you.

Everything is returned to you with your visa before departure.

When to bring them

For a normal Umrah departure, two to four weeks before travel is comfortable. For Ramadan and Hajj we ask considerably earlier, because visa processing slows during peak season and quota conditions can change at short notice.

Travelling with children

Children need their own passport and photographs. Child rates differ by package and by whether a bed is required, so tell us the ages when you enquire and we will quote correctly.
